JAM HAUS Seville Orange & Cacao Husk Marmalade

Seville Orange This one's for the marmalade traditionalists. We've paired seville oranges from Nangiloc, in Victoria, with cacao husk to create this marmalade. Cacao husks have traditionally been a waste product from chocolate making, and the cacao husks used in this preserve come from Planet Cocoa, a small batch chocolate producer based in West Melbourne. The marmalade is infused with the husks, providing subtle whiskey and dark chocolate notes to create an irresistible marmalade.
