NORFOLK NATURAL LIVING - Lemon - Pure essential oil (10ml)

Lemon essential oil is a true multi-tasker. I like to keep mine with me to help relieve headaches. It is deeply relaxing yet contains stimulating properties that are wonderful for your wellbeing.

Here are a few of my favourite aromatherapy infused recipes:

Hay fever: When Pollen count is high - keep a tissue in your pocket with one drop of Chamomile and one drop of lemon on it. Continue to sniff it throughout the day to ease the symptoms. In a bath, add the following blend before laying back and inhaling deeply: 2 drops of Chamomile, 2 drops of Lemon and one drop of lavender.

Headache: There are many reasons we suffer from headaches, Lemon is especially good at helping when it's caused by nerves. Try massaging the following tincture over the upper abdomen (just below your ribcage).One teaspoon (15ml) of vegetable oil, mixed with one drop of Geranium , 2 drops of lemon and 3 drops of Lavender.
