We’re Lucy, Thomas, and Charlie, a small team living and making on Kaurna country in South Australia.

Long term lovers of local community, big flavours, and food tradition, we took the punchy condiments we had been making for years together and unleashed them on the public, starting at farmers markets across Adelaide in early 2021.

We are serious about food being fun, tasty, and accessible, and want you to look forward to every meal, no matter how simple :)
